‘Number two Paddy’s Day attraction in the UK’ says the Irish Post

The Irish Post has rated ‘St. Patrick Goes to The Punjab” as number 2 in the top 6 Paddy’s Day events in  the UK! With three of the six in London, one in Glasgow and one in Manchester, this is really putting Coventry on the Paddy’s Day map.

This is good because according to Coventry Irish Society, St. Patrick’s Day has been a bit low key in the City in the past. Simon McCarthy of the Society is on a mission to raise the profile of the day and also wants to expand the Society’s profile and relationships across the City.

See what the Irish Post on-line says about Paddy’s Day here and don’t forget to book your tickets for the show here

Also in this week’s newspaper edition of  the Irish Post there’s a really good piece about the band and the event, by respected Irish musician and journalist Joe Giltrap. The image doesn’t seem to want to upload here for some reason, so check it out on our Facebook event page
